Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using .NET technologies;

Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines;

Act as a technical reference for the team, providing mentoring and support;

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability of applications;

Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;

Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery;

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;

5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#);

Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role;

Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs;

Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns and SOLID principles;

Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core;

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure);

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.);

Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus);

Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus);

Experience with unit and integration testing;

Strong communication and leadership skills;

Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage technical decisions;

European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency;

Availability to go to the office once or twice per week.
