What you can expect from us

- Operational maintenance of security infrastructures with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.

- Conduct diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunctions and flow blockages.

- Implement and maintain security policies on security equipment.

- Propose solutions to improve security policies.

- Define and implement best practices for managing security policies.

- Provide expertise in network security while offering advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts.

- Interface with experts from other domains and verify compliance with IT security and quality standards.

- Ensure the appropriate level of service quality in line with the requirements of service contracts (SLAs).

Technical Skills

- Network (micro) segmentation technologies.

- Traditional firewalls rules implementation.

- Coding security rules in Firewall.

- IT production environment (management of requests, incidents, changes, documentation, etc.).

- IT security standards.

- Quality standards.

Tools

- NSX-T / VCF9 network.

- Palo Alto.

- Fortinet.

- Portuguese / English or French
