For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

- At least 3 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core)

- Hands-on experience with DXP/CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or equivalent

- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases

- Solid knowledge of REST APIs

- Experience with modern UI frameworks, specifically React and Next.js

- Strong technical leadership experience, with proven ability to guide teams, make architectural decisions, and communicate effectively

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions

- Solid experience designing scalable system architectures and microservices

- Engineering-focused mindset, able to discuss performance, dependency management, communication, problem solving, and investigation

- Fluency in English (B2)

- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
