Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and Payroll areas, with the following key responsibilities for these products:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. - Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining the planned features and enhancements over time. - Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to

- life decisions. - Design the functional architecture of the product in collaboration with Product Owners. - Conduct market analyses, including competitive analyses. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand user satisfaction and areas for improvement. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints. - Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. - Build business cases and define the ROI of features. - Manage and track financial KPIs. Profile- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/similar, or Accounting/Management/similar. - Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry. - Solid knowledge of the Certified Accounting Professionals (CPA) market. - Familiarity with tax preparation processes, auditing, financial reporting, and accounting. - Solid knowledge of the Payroll solutions market. - Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and
- centric product development. - Proficiency in product management tools and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills. - Strategic vision. - English proficiency (B2).
