This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams. /ppWe would like to meet a IT Recruiter for a project with a hybrid working model. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliAnalysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers. /liliPreparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms. /liliAnalysis and selection of CV's. /liliPhone surveys when necessary. /liliSourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks. /liliPerforming and conducting interviews with candidates. /liliWriting and sending the interview report to the Business Managers. /liliEditing CV's according to the Decskill format. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar. /liliAt least 3 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection. /liliPrevious experience in recruiting IT profiles. /liliBe a dynamic person with good communication skills. /liliA team player with a spirit of collaboration. /liliA person with a good working attitude and commitment. /liliBe results-oriented. /liliSpeak other languages, like English. /li /ulpbr/ppAre you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
