We're Hiring | IT Operations Engineer (DevOps / Production Operations)

Are you passionate about ensuring production stability, automation, and operational excellence in modern DevOps environments? We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join an international team working on large-scale, business-critical applications.

What you'll do

- Collaborate with Agile teams to design production‑ready technical solutions.

- Integrate infrastructure, production, and security requirements into product delivery.

- Drive deployment readiness and ensure stable Production and Non-Production environments.

- Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation and performance optimization.

- Contribute to incident resolution, release support, and operational excellence.

- Promote DevOps culture and mentor teams on production best practices.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or DevOps.

- Solid understanding of Production Operations and Infrastructure.

- Experience with Linux and Windows environments.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Docker

- OpenShift

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, Dynatrace.

- Familiarity with the DevOps toolchain, including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and similar technologies.

- Understanding of IT Risk, Security, and operational best practices.
