With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

Data Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data analysis and visualization? Then this position is for you.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for creating business-facing dashboards, delivering high-impact data analyses, and transforming complex data into actionable insights within our ecosystem.

Build side responsibilities

- Build and maintain complex data models to support analytics needs

- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights

- Create high-impact data visualizations supporting revenue, efficiency, production and risk objectives

- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions

- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and analytical reports

- Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability in production

- Support internal and external stakeholders in using analytical tools

- Monitor report performance and resolve data‑related issues

- Continuously improve analyses and visualizations based on business feedback

This is your background

You have at least +6 years of experience in demanding data analytics environments. You enjoy working with complex data structures, are results-driven, and continuously innovate to deliver value through data. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.
