DevOps Developer - Faro, Portugal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our company's software infrastructure and systems. This is a full time position, suitable for men with or without experience, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software infrastructure using modern tools and technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions

Troubleshoot issues in our software systems and provide timely resolutions

Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed

Ensure the security and scalability of our systems

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby

Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)

Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)

Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an Agile environment

Familiarity with ITIL concepts

Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
