Задачи

Develop and maintain the trading platform

Ensure the platform meets high standards of quality, security, and performance

Participate in an agile software development lifecycle covering technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews

Collaborate with the production support team on component releases and maintenanceDevelop eTrading platform modules, components, and utilities

Own the platform across development, support, CI/CD, and bug fixing

Coordinate work with global engineering, business, and support teams

Drive innovation across greenfield work.

Требования

At least 5 years of software development experience

At least 2 years of experience as an IT team lead

Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real‑time systems

Experience with agile development methodologies

Experience with migration and refactoring projects to new rails

Recent C++ experience with C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20

Knowledge of STL and Boost

Understanding of design and architecture principles, common data structures, and algorithms

Confident Linux user with Linux development tools, including cmake, gcc, and gdb

Fluent in English

Nice to have: Unix scripts, bash, python, knowledge of FIX protocol or other Fintech protocols.
