We're Hiring: Senior Application Support Engineer — Rhino, are you out there?

What we're looking for:

- At least 6 years of professional experience in Support Engineer

- Hands-on experience with Linux environments, with working knowledge of Windows Server as an additional asset

- Strong skills in shell and Python scripting to automate operational tasks

- Strong understanding of security practices covering SSL certificates, reverse proxy configuration, and load balancing

- Knowledge of deployment and versioning tools — including Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, OpenShift, and Docker

- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with scheduling tools, specifically Control-M and VTOM

Important:

This position is hybrid, 2 times a week based in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
