Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this job will be defined as we work together throughout the recruitment process however, they will be mostly centered around:
Paid Marketing strategy implementation and optimisation (google, social media)
Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
Control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
Optimize conversion, quality score, landing pages, funnel flow, A/B tests, etc.
Ability to innovate and test new channels, campaigns and creatives;
Work along with our Product, Technology and operational teams to improve paid marketing campaigns and company revenues.
Working with content and design marketing teams to create suitable content for each channel & campaigns
What We Expect From You
We are looking for experienced business managers to help us reach our objectives. Industry experience is not a requirement, but you do need to be highly ambitious, proactive, forward-thinking, a fast learner, and driven to inspire and lead our team.
Furthermore, we are looking for candidates who have:
Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Management, Marketing or similar;
Between 2 to 4 years of experience;
Highly analytical profile with good communication skills;
Curiosity, initiative and critical thinking allied with a high sense of responsibility
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Tag Manager (plus)
Hybrid work model.
