What role will you play?
Escalate project issues as appropriate.
Follow Siemens’s project management methodology and standard operating procedures;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
Clear understanding and experience in IT;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
Reporting status to management stakeholders on a regular, agreed upon basis.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
Ensure resource availability and allocation;
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Coordinate multidiscipline and worldwide teams (internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects);
We are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
At least 3 years of proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
IT / CyberSecurity background.
Knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools.
Written and spoken English on negotiation level is mandatory.
PMP / Agile certifications are valued.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving, growing, and multifaceted environment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem solving skills.
