For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- At least 10 years of professional experience in software development with Java and Kotlin

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD

- Experience with GIT and CI/CD

- Familiarity with Micronaut or similar frameworks like Spring Boot

- Experience working in Identity teams (authentication, authorization, SSO/OAuth).

- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and Azure Cloud

- Previous experience using GraphQL Federation and Kafka

- Previous experience with coaching or mentoring junior engineer

- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)

- Available for a remote work model based in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal, Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
