Transformation Manager - Lisboa

Lisboa, Lisboa, Portugal

Adecco Recruitment is hiring a Transformation Manager (M/F) to join the Transformation team of an Insurance Company in Lisbon.

Scope of the work and responsibilities

Lead the transformation and modernization of the different group companies through cross-company change projects;

Support in the definition and execution of different strategic initiatives within the group;

Identify areas of improvement and propose optimization initiatives, with special focus on technology and operations;

Support in the implementation of the strategic initiatives already identified;

Support in the integration of the acquired companies;

Participate in the elaboration of documents to different committees and report progress to all stakeholders.

Applicant profile

Graduated in Economics, Engineering or similar;

3-6 years of experience in consulting and/or the insurance/financial sector;

Experience in managing and executing cross-company projects;

Analytical skills, organization, autonomy and ability to communicate/report at different levels;

Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish is a plus;

Advanced user skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
