Senior Fullstack Java & Angular Team Lead

As a Senior Fullstack Java & Angular Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization specializing in microservices architecture and DevOps practices. You will play a pivotal role in developing and refining scalable features, ensuring robust testing, and setting up efficient processes that drive digital transformation. This is a unique chance to lead technical excellence and influence innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

- Lead the development of features and enhancements using Java, Angular, and related technologies

- Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability

- Collaborate within an agile team, supporting continuous delivery and improvement

- Establish and optimize organizational and technical processes, including deployment pipelines with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Vault

- Address topics around technical architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment strategies

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices and innovative solutions

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fullstack development, leading technical teams

- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, and Node.js

- Hands-on experience with Maven, HTML, CSS, REST API, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and microservices architecture

- Proven organizational and leadership skills with a focus on setting up effective development processes

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

- Experience with DevOps tools such as ArgoCD and Vault

- Certifications or additional expertise in cloud architecture or automation technologies

Language Required for the role:

- Communicative level of English, both spoken and written
