Backend Mastery:

Solid experience in

Java 8+

and

Spring Boot , designing scalable

Microservices

and robust

RESTful APIs .

Frontend Agility:

Proficiency in

React , mastering hooks, state management, and building responsive, component-driven UIs.

Backend Diversification:

Hands‑on expertise in

Node.js (Express)

for developing fast, end‑to‑end web applications.

Data Strategy:

Advanced knowledge of

PostgreSQL ,

MongoDB , and

SQL Server , including complex query tuning and schema modeling.

DevOps Culture:

Professional experience with

Docker , containerization, and managing

CI/CD pipelines

for automated deployments.

Quality First:

Strict adherence to

Unit and Integration Testing

(SIT/UAT) to ensure production stability.

Observability:

Proactive mindset for monitoring, logging, and resolving incidents in high‑availability environments.

Cross‑functional Communication:

Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with Core Systems (BANKA) and Functional Analysts.

Technical Leadership:

Active participation in

Code Reviews , architectural decisions, and maintaining high standards of documentation (Jira/Confluence).

Ownership:

A self‑driven approach to troubleshooting and a long‑term commitment to clean, maintainable code.
