Our client has a charming boutique hotel in one of the most exclusive areas of Lisbon, close to the most premium avenue in downtown Lisbon.
Reporting to the Hotel Director the candidate will be responsible for:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kiosque and restaurant.
Recruit,train, and develop a team of F&B staff.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food preparation areas.
Assistin the development of the restaurant concept, including menu planning, design, and implementation.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the board and general manager to achieve financial targets and budgets.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including health and safety, and liquor licensing.
Perfil ideal 3-5 years of experience in an F&B management role.
A degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful F&B concepts.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Portuguese
