Job Description

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud for retail and e-commerce clients

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Optimize existing e‑commerce platforms to enhance performance, user experience, and conversion rates

Integrate third‑party systems and APIs with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to e‑commerce implementations

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest e‑commerce trends and Salesforce Commerce Cloud updates

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Ensure adherence to best practices in e‑commerce development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud in retail and e‑commerce environments

Strong proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

In‑depth understanding of e‑commerce best practices and industry trends

Experience with API integrations and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification (preferred)

Experience with other Salesforce products (preferred)

Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferred)

Familiarity with mobile commerce (preferred)

Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
