About the Role

We are looking for a talented

Senior Java Developer

to join a strategic technology initiative focused on building next-generation digital solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong backend engineering background, experience with cloud-native architectures, and a genuine interest in emerging technologies. You will contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems while working alongside multidisciplinary teams in an innovative and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using modern Java and Spring Boot.

Build and evolve cloud-native microservices architectures.

Participate in the design of scalable, resilient, and high-availability systems.

Develop and integrate high-performance APIs and distributed systems.

Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.

Ensure software quality through clean code principles, automated testing, and code reviews.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, security, observability, and reliability.

Explore and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong experience in backend development using modern Java versions

Solid experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem

Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures

Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience developing REST APIs and distributed systems

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and Git

Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum)

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven architectures

Knowledge of blockchain or distributed ledger technologies

Interest or experience in gaming, real-time systems, or high-performance applications

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of observability tools and practices (logging, metrics, tracing)

Experience in payments, fintech, or highly regulated environments
