Descrição

A reportar ao General Manager, este Junior Retail Operations Manager terá como principais responsabilidades:

Gerir duas unidades de negócio de forma operacional e estratégica, estando lado a lado com a equipa e certificando-se que tudo corre de acordo com o expectável;

Gestão do HACCP, controlo de qualidade e limpeza;

Gestão de stocks e controlo do inventário dos produtos;

Gestão e organização de cada uma das unidades a nível administrativo (horários, fornecedores...);

Apoiar o General Manager na análise de KPIs e na Conta de Exploração de cada loja;

Apoiar a expansão do negócio;

Participação em projetos ad-hoc.

Perfil ideal

Enquanto Junior Retail Operations Manager, este profissional terá de ser/ter:

Experiência comprovada na função ou em funções similares (será igualmente contabilizada a experiência como estagiário/a em grandes superfícies do Retalho);

Formação superior será valorizada;

Orientação para resultados e visão apurada de negócio e gestão;

Gosto e apetência para a gestão de equipas;

Conhecimentos de HACCP;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos (5x8horas por semana, com duas folgas garantidas);

Carta de condução.
