Requirements

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project, taking ownership of software components and contributing to the development of scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies

Strong/expert proficiency in

Java Spring

Strong experience in software development, designing, coding and enhancing components across systems and applications

Experience taking ownership of software components and ensuring their quality and performance

Ability to analyse complex technical problems and contribute to the design of effective and scalable solutions

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives

Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams

Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices

Ability to take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to effective team performance

Strong understanding of modern software development and

Agile practices

Continuous improvement mindset, including the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies

English – minimum C1

Availability to work

3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Salary Range: €*****–€***** gross/month
