We are seeking to hire a hands-on Director of Paid Media Marketing with proven digital marketing & team leadership expertise to:
Lead and train PPC team and optimize campaigns for better performance
Set up analytics and provide reports and insights on campaign performance
Create marketing strategies and help in sales pitches
Ensure client marketing goals are met and able to improve results when needed

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance the performance of the PPC team
Spearhead marketing strategies
Be hands-on when needed to set up or optimize campaigns
Support sales when needed and create marketing presentations
Hands on with setting up GA4 & GTM implementation
Conversion set up and confirm tracking
Create analytics reports
Prepare presentations to share insights and findings with clients
Conduct website “deep dives” and on-demand analysis for our clients, specifically centered around Google Analytics and marketing campaign analysis.
Ensuring the marketing team is achieving results for each client
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience
Expertise in Google analytics and paid search
Expertise in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
Solid experience in creating marketing strategies
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
Professional and proactive work ethic
High competence in project and stakeholder management
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
Able to work EST hours work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
