Задачи:

- Own and drive the development of backend services and products

- Design scalable, resilient, and efficient backend solutions

- Partner with Product Owners and Architects to define the technical vision

- Lead a cross-functional Agile team through planning, delivery, and continuous improvement

- Design and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures

- Work with Kafka and integrate synchronous and asynchronous processes

- Support the modernization of monolithic systems into cloud-native solutions

- Write and maintain technical documentation

Требования:

- Strong experience in backend development and software architecture

- Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles

- Experience with Kafka-based applications

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong SQL and database design skills with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar

- Experience designing REST APIs and integrating complex systems

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Leadership and mentoring experience

- Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP setups and multi-tenancy concepts

- Nice to have: Experience with Java and/or Go, knowledge of Angular or React
