The Squarespace Product team is looking for a Content Localization Specialist. As a Content Localization Specialist, you will undertake several projects to improve the quality of Japanese content presented to Squarespace users. As a Content Localization Specialist, you’re passionate about languages and cultures, and aim to give our users a native experience across all platforms.

You will report directly to the Content Localization Manager. You will be based in our Dublin, Ireland office and will collaborate with colleagues in Dublin, Ireland and New York, USA.

You'll Get To…

Improve the quality of Japanese content and review in context (Linguistic QA)

Research industry-specific terminology to create and improve our glossary

Who We're Looking For

Japanese native speaker with English fluency, who has experience with business English

Degree in a relevant field (Japanese language, journalism, linguistics)

3 years of hands-on content localization experience both in web content and marketing content

Experience with translation, peoples, and languages

Experience with online translation software and ticketing systems (Smartling and JIRA are a plus)

Creative mind, attention to detail

SEO and content strategy skills

Experience in data management, machine translation and vendor management
