It Project Manager

IT House is looking for an IT Project Manager for a client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

Coordination with multiple contributors, including business analysis, development, and IT operations, to ensure efficient project execution;

Definition and management of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation approaches;

Organization of communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment;

Monitoring of project progress, identification of issues, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives;

Preparation and dissemination of status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders;

Delivery of IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints;

Structured stakeholder communication framework ensuring visibility and alignment;

Identification and mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle;

Contribution to continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices.

Profile

Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain;

Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent);

Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management;

Proficiency in project management tools and software;

Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders;

Knowledge of Service Now;

Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments;

Fluent in spoken and written English.
