Node/React Developer

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

with strong expertise in

Software Architecture and System Design

to help build and evolve modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

This is a senior technical role for someone who combines deep engineering knowledge with architectural thinking. You'll be responsible for designing solutions, making technical decisions, mentoring other engineers, and contributing hands-on to the development of a modern platform built with

Node.js and React .

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support business growth.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

Design scalable and resilient systems using modern web technologies.

Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy.

Build and evolve high-quality applications using Node.js and React.

Drive software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Support and mentor developers through technical leadership.

Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and future-proof.

Full-Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

Node.js

and

React .

Build scalable backend services and APIs.

Develop modern, responsive, and user-centric frontend applications.

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.

Design distributed and scalable systems that support business growth.

Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.

Evaluate technology choices and architectural trade-offs.

Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements.

Technical Leadership

Act as a technical reference within the engineering team.

Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.

Promote engineering best practices and development standards.

Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Support technical decision-making across projects.

Quality, Performance & Reliability

Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.

Identify and address technical debt.

Optimize application performance and scalability.

Contribute to testing strategies, observability, and production readiness.

Promote continuous improvement across the platform.

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Developers.

Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Contribute to roadmap discussions, estimations, and planning activities.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
