Tasks
Identify qualified leads and build relationships through targeted calls & personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Deep dive into target companies, decision-makers, and trends to craft impactful outreach strategies
Analyse results to continuously improve outbound techniques and maximize lead generation
Collaborate on demos and additional sales initiatives
Requirements
Higher education degree
Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level or higher is required
Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing
Goal oriented and eager to learn
Analytic and structured mindset
Autonomous and proactive working style
Experience in business software is a plus
Previous experience on SDR, B2B outbound sales or consulting will be a plus
