Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

6 to 8 years of professional experience , with

4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience .

Strong experience in

Salesforce Development , including

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Batch Apex .

Proven experience working with

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud .

Solid understanding of the

Salesforce security model , including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs

and middleware platforms.

Experience with

Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management processes .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.

Salesforce certifications such as

Platform Developer I/II , Administrator, or App Builder.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and automated deployment tools.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce .

Customize Salesforce applications and features to meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using

REST/SOAP APIs .

Create and optimize custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.

Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

Support deployment and release management activities across multiple environments.

Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid (flexible) work

Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
