Junior Python Developer

We are searching for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our growing team in Braga. In this role, you will work with a team of experienced developers to design and implement new features for our software using Python. Responsibilities

Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python

Collaborating with the development team to design new features and improve existing ones

Testing and debugging code to ensure quality and functionality

Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback

Learning new technologies and tools as needed to support project requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Strong understanding of Python programming language

Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles

Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledge

Preferred

Experience with Django or other web frameworks

Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Understanding of version control systems (Git)

Knowledge of agile development methodologies
