For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering.

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience developing with Java 8 or above.

Comfortable navigating and working within a Linux environment.

Solid experience with JUnit, Maven, and Git.

Practical experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including Java Spark and Hive.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Sharp organizational, analytical, and problem-solving instincts.

Good working knowledge of relational databases.

A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, yet brings a genuine team spirit and sense of responsibility to everything you do.

Portuguese as a preferred main language.

Fluency in English (B2 Level), French is a plus (not mandatory).

Availability for hybrid work, 2x a week, based in Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
