Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing immersive and interactive experiences using VR/AR technologies. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to bring visual concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop VR/AR applications and experiences

Implement interactive features and functionality

Optimize performance for different platforms and devices

Test, debug, and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in VR/AR technology

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field

Proven experience in developing VR/AR applications (personal or professional projects)

Proficient in C#, C++, or other programming languages commonly used for VR/AR development

Strong understanding of 3D graphics concepts and principles

Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for VR/AR interfaces

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong communication skills (in English)

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Almada, Portugal (remote work may be considered)
