Servicenow Platform Architect

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

ServiceNow platform Architect (m/f) - Hybrid (Brussels)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

- Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.

- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations

- Experienced in leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

- Expertise ServiceNow deployments,

- Experience on integration with other third party tools

- Experience on ITSM migration / consolidations

- Strong work experience and associated for projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations and Implementations

- Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team

- Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.

- Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.

- Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards

- Maintains and reviews license Data in ServiceNow and proactively report on the compliance slippage.

- Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation

- Specialist and ITIL V3 foundation

- Liaison with ServiceNow Representatives

- Good knowledge of English, both orally as in writing and one of: Dutch or French (both is an asset)
