We are looking for a Helpdesk/Callcenter with:
- Over 4 years of experience acting as Support Technician within the IT field.
- Expertise in L1/L2 incident.
- High analytics capacity.
- French: B2 (mandatory).
- English: B2 (mandatory).
Location: Porto
Project Type: International
Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)
Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
