We are looking to hire a

Network Security Engineer

to join one of our teams for a key client / for our internal facilities.

Responsibilities

Administer Cisco, Check Point and Fortinet firewalls.

Create, alter, review and remove security rules, objects and policies.

Operate site-to-site and remote access VPNs.

Perform troubleshooting of connectivity, NAT, routing, policies and traffic inspection.

Execute firmware updates, patches and hardening activities.

Monitor availability, performance, capacity and operational status.

Participate in incident, problem and change management.

Rationalize and clean up obsolete, duplicated or excessively permissive rules.

Maintain configurations, CMDB, documentation and runbooks updated.

Open and follow up cases with vendors until resolution.

Skills/Requirements

Cisco Secure Firewall/Firepower and FMC.

Check Point Quantum, Security Management and CloudGuard.

Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.

VPN, IPS/IDS, NAT, routing, segmentation and high availability.

Log analysis and integration with monitoring/SIEM tools.

ITIL processes and ITSM tools.

Preferably 5 or more years of experience in Network Security.

Practical experience in at least two of the three main vendors.

Ability to operate autonomously in critical environments.

Valued certifications: Cisco CCNP Security or CCNA Security; Check Point CCSA/CCSE; Fortinet FCP/FCA or equivalents; ITIL Foundation.
