We are looking for a professional to join a client team …
What you will do
Lead the team in analyzing requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into viable and effective technical solutions;
Ensuring code quality, performance and scalability of the applications developed;
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in the definition and implementation of technical solutions;
Identifying risks and drawing up contingency plans;
Keeping up to date with technological trends and applying this knowledge to decision-making.
Who you are
Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar;
More than 5 years in development using the Outsystems platform;
Proven track record in technical leadership, guiding teams towards project success;
Ability to set priorities, manage resources and meet deadlines;
Good knowledge of software architecture (cloud, on-premises, microservices), development best practices and integration between systems;
Good ability to analyze and collaborate with the team to translate customer requirements into viable and effective technical solutions;
Good team spirit and proactive attitude;
Communication, leadership, risk identification and problem-solving skills;
