Data Engineer – Snowflake & AI.

Your Mission Will Be:

Design and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring data is reliable, structured, and ready for analytical consumption;

Build and maintain ELT pipelines, leveraging Snowflake capabilities such as Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks;

Develop and optimize advanced SQL transformations and data models across data warehouse and data lake environments;

Manage Snowflake warehouses while continuously improving query performance, scalability, and cost efficiency;

Explore and contribute to the adoption of AI-driven data solutions, including use cases involving generative AI and Machine Learning.

You Will Need:

Proven professional experience working with Snowflake in enterprise environments, including data modelling, ELT pipelines, and query optimization;

Strong knowledge of advanced SQL for data transformation, preparation, and analytical workloads;

Solid understanding of data modelling and data architecture, particularly within data warehouse and data lake environments;

Experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, and warehouse management, with a focus on performance and cost optimization;

CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

Experience with Snowflake's AI capabilities, such as Cortex LLM Functions, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, or Snowpark ML;

Practical exposure to generative AI or Machine Learning use cases, including RAG, embeddings, and AI-oriented data pipelines;

Experience preparing and structuring data for consumption by external LLMs, AI agents, or other AI solutions;

Python skills for scripting, data processing, and integration purposes;

BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
