We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with:

- Experience in ServiceNow CMDB administration, CMDB health management, configuration review and optimization, with knowledge of ITSM processes.

- Experience in ServiceNow instance administration, including upgrades, access management, performance checks and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of documentation, reports, notifications, data imports, process improvement and automation.

- Ability to work closely with ITSM Process Owners, ServiceNow Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts and CMDB users.

- ServiceNow and ITIL certifications are a plus.

Location: Lisbon - Hybrid

Project Type: National and/or International

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)

Salary Package & Benefits: Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Flex Benefits
