Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain platform infrastructure services, treating infrastructure as products that enable development teams to build and operate applications efficiently; * Automate the infrastructure and product development lifecycle, using CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices; * Collaborate closely with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and resilient; * Monitor and continuously improve platform services, including performance, observability, failure recovery, and internal customer experience. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; * At least 4 years of professional experience, including experience in Software Development; * Strong experience with Kubernetes (CKA or OpenShift certification is mandatory); * Good knowledge of Linux, programming (Go / Python), and cloud environments; * Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code; * Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices and tools; * Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence is valued; * Availability for a 24x7 on-call rotation; * Strong proactivity, dynamism, organizational, and communication skills.
