RPA Developer

The Syone is looking for an

RPA Developer

to join a project within the

banking sector .

The consultant will join an international team and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of

Robotic Process Automation solutions , helping automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, test, and maintain

RPA solutions

according to business requirements.

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for

automation and process optimization .

Develop automated workflows using RPA tools and best practices.

Integrate RPA solutions with existing applications, databases, and business systems.

Perform

unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing

of automation processes.

Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes in development, testing, and production environments.

Investigate and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes.

Maintain and improve existing automation solutions to ensure their

stability, performance, and scalability .

Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective automation solutions.

Create and maintain

technical documentation

for RPA processes and solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify new opportunities for automation.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Support the deployment and release of RPA solutions across different environments.

What You Need to Bring :

3+ years of professional experience in RPA development .

Hands-on experience with an RPA platform such as

UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism .

Strong understanding of

RPA concepts, automation workflows, and process optimization .

Experience integrating RPA solutions with

web applications, desktop applications, APIs, and databases .

Good knowledge of

SQL

and relational databases.

Experience with

REST APIs and system integrations

is a plus.

Knowledge of

Python, Java, C#, or scripting languages

is valued.

Experience with

Git and CI/CD practices

is a plus.

Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in

English .

Previous experience in the

banking or financial services sector

is a plus.
