YOUR ROLE

Characterized summarily as "a professional who develops and applies industrial methods and processes in the field of Engineering and participates in the planning, execution and improvement of projects". Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the First Party may, at any time, within the legal limits, and provided that this does not imply professional devaluation or a reduction in remuneration, entrust the Second Party with performing other activities, even if they are not expressly mentioned in the preceding paragraph or included in the definition of their professional category.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop production workstations in accordance with company standards, procedures, and operational requirements.

Define and optimize process flows in line with manufacturing standards and best practices.

Plan, coordinate, and implement product changes within the production environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Ensure the timely execution of product launches and engineering changes in accordance with commitments agreed with internal and external stakeholders.

Act as the primary technical liaison with customers, providing support and ensuring alignment on project requirements.

Oversee project execution and ensure product quality and process performance meet customer specifications and expectations.

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the production area, while identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing process issues.

Analyze workstation workloads and production activities to identify and eliminate non-value-added tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.

Apply Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering/Management.

A minimum of 2 years of experience within the automotive industry is preferred.

Basic proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools is considered an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on results, objectives, and meeting deadlines.

Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
