Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into KPIs, objectives, and data needs.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and high‑performance data models, integrating multiple data sources through ETL processes.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using Power Query, DAX, and custom visualizations.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies.

- Transform raw data into actionable insights and maintain documentation of models, processes, and data flows.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and building insights using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and SQL.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a proactive and responsible mindset.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).

- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
