IVF Lab Solutions Consultant - Remote, EMEA

Location: Europe-Spain, Portugal, Germany – Working from home with regular domestic and international travel required .

Territory: EMEA – Covering the whole EMEA region (Europe & Middle East)

Overview:

IMT develops,implements,and supports IT-based quality management systems for fertility centres, donorbanksand animal breeding centres internationally.

Ourmainproduct,IMTMatcher,is a quality management system specifically created forthe fertility sector, tohelp prevent errors through misidentification of patients,donors,theirgametes,and embryos. Equally importantly, IMT Matcheralso helpscustomersprovidetraceability,ensuresregulatory compliance,andanalysestheir operations to increasetheircontroland optimise outcomes.

TheIMT Matchersystemcomprisessoftware and networked IT hardware,used primarily within the embryology and andrology laboratories,itisalsoused throughoutother parts ofthefertilitycentreincludingcryostores, operatingrooms,andproduct storage areas. Matcherdeliversmajorbenefits toall users, includingthebiologists,laboratorydirectors, quality managers, doctors,nurses,andadministration staff.

We areseekinga confident, professional candidatewithan IVF backgroundandcommercialexperience, to look after ourend-usersin theMiddle-Eastregion. Thisindividual will join ourteam ofthreededicated, full-time,productconsultants.Onebased in the UK,Onein theUSand one basedinSpain.On aday-to-daybasis this rolewill work closely withcolleagues inother departments, theseinclude,ourdevelopmentteam, technical support team,salesand marketing.The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Delivery Director in the UK.

Main responsibilities:

- Technical salessupport supporting our international distributor teams through the sales process.This includes,advanced product demonstrations,identifyingend users’ specific requirements,advancedtrainingof end users,and consultative advice on best practice. These duties arealldeliveredin the context of theirworkflows andstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs).

- Account management gathering feedback andidentifyingcustomer’s ongoing requirementsthroughtroubleshooting,liaison between end users,distributors,and internalteams, developing relationships and strategic partnerships.

- Innovation and development: identifyingareas for productand processenhancement, liaison betweencustomers and our internal development teamto deliverthe highest quality, fit-for-purposesolutions.

To support all three of the responsibility areas above, the candidate willbe requiredto make visits toprospects’ andend users’sites, attendinternationalindustryconferences,organiseproductworkshops,andhostremotemeetings/webinars.

- Experienceworkingina lab environment withinthe IVF industry

- Proven experienceofpresenting tointernational audiences

- Proven experience ofdeliveringtraining(formally or informally)

- Abilitytotravelinternationallyon a regular basis

- Proven experiencedemonstrating IMT’s core values: responsiveness,quality of outputs,collaborationandintegrity

- Experienceworking commerciallywithinthe IVF industry

- Previouscommercialexperience ofgivingproduct demonstration and training

- Beingcomfortable with IT terminology and technical concepts

- Understandingofcompliance andquality managementprinciples

- Additionallanguages

- Knowledge of the animal ART industry
