Outsystems Engineer

About this role:

What You Will Do or Key Responsibilities:

Develop solutions following OutSystems low-code development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption;

Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like TDD, BDD, code reviews);

Produce and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation;

Gather feedback from end-users and adapt solutions;

Focus on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users;

Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions;

Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed:

Degree in Computer Science or other STEM courses;

More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience and certifications;

More than 4 years of software development experience;

Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;

Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres;

Knowledge in Database Modeling;

Experience in Agile methodologies practices;

Understanding of solution architecture and design, and web application performance;

Good communication skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential;

Good Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;

Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
