Must-Have

6 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering

Strong experience with SQL Server on-premises and advanced T-SQL

Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Knowledge of Python applied to Data Engineering

Strong experience with dimensional modelling, particularly Kimball methodology and star schemas

Proven experience building and evolving Data Warehouses

Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric

Proven experience in data architecture, including end-to-end Data Warehouse solution design, layer definition, and integration patterns

Experience in multi-source / multi-ERP data consolidation projects

Proven experience providing technical leadership to data teams

Fluent Portuguese

Working proficiency in English

Would Be Great If You Have

Experience working with SAP as a source system, particularly FI, CO, MM, or SD

Experience with Medallion architecture

Experience with dbt

Experience with Apache Airflow

Previous experience designing solutions with Microsoft Fabric and/or supporting migrations to Fabric

Experience defining data engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices
