What we're looking for:

- 4+ years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), or equivalent technical training, monitoring, analysing and protecting systems against cyber-attacks, malware, data threats and other security incidents

- Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, or equivalent

- Solid knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN) and network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and MPLS

- Ability to handle, track, review, and prioritise tickets and tasks in accordance with SLAs

- Strong team-player mindset, with the ability to proactively identify, own, and escalate issues that could impact service delivery

- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new security and network technologies, often without formal training

- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system, covering market operational hours

- Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)

Important:

This position is hybrid, 3 days a week on-site in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit, to be considered.
