You’ll join an AI Labs department — an innovative team building and deploying AI-driven solutions to enhance workflows and accelerate scientific progress. You’ll collaborate with talented international peers and leaders who share a passion for technology, science, and impact.

Train and optimize Machine Learning models for performance and scalability.

Process and analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy.

Integrate ML models into existing software applications and production systems.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.

Stay up to date with state-of-the-art ML and NLP technologies and best practices.

Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural and strategic decisions.

Excellent computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

Deep hands-on experience in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy).

Strong expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning — including building and deploying NLP systems.

Solid understanding of probabilistic models, statistical NLP algorithms, transformers, LLMs, information retrieval, time series models, and reinforcement learning.

Experience integrating ML models into production-grade software systems.

Proven ability to deliver complex ML projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international environments.

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (with a focus on ML/NLP).

Advanced experience with Git/GitHub, AWS or Azure, Docker, JIRA, Confluence.

Experience producing and maintaining high-quality, collaborative codebases.

Research experience or published work in ML/AI (NLP) is a plus.

Permanent contract with the end client (a leading Pharmaceutical company)

Salary up to €80k
