Responsabilities:

Development of architecture projects.

Coordination of projects with external architecture and engineering offices.

Support and preparation of documentation and reports for all design stages.

Provide guidance to project managers, offering expert advice for both ongoing projects and potential prospects. This involves contributing to the conceptual development of projects and monitoring the progress of ongoing endeavors.

Oversee the work in progress, ensuring adherence to the original conceptual vision and project quality. Critically assess and propose alterations or novel solutions as necessary.

Perfil ideal Profile:

Master's degree in architecture

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino) and MS Office.

Interested and up to date on the new design trends.

Strong design and presentation skills

Visual awareness and an eye for detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
