This role will play a key part in promoting the Scrum framework, ensuring process efficiency, team collaboration, and consistent value delivery to the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate and ensure the proper execution of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective);

- Support teams in the adoption, maturity, and continuous improvement of Agile practices;

- Act as a facilitator in identifying and removing impediments;

- Promote clear and transparent communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders;

- Monitor performance indicators and support continuous process improvement;

- Actively contribute to the dissemination of Agile values and principles across the organization.

Candidate Profile

- Professional experience between 1 to 3 years as a Scrum Master or in similar roles;

- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;

- Strong facilitation, communication, and mediation skills;

- Autonomous, well-organized, and results-oriented profile;

- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Language Skills (mandatory requirement)

- English: Fluent (spoken and written);

- French: is a plus

Nice to Have

- Continuous improvement mindset and orientation toward innovation.
