Our Mission Will Be

- Develop and deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions using .NET and C#, contributing to modern distributed systems and integrations;

- Take ownership of development activities across the full lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement;

- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Testers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs and product goals;

- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, implement robust fixes, and contribute to automated testing, system stability, and security improvements;

- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and the onboarding of new team members.

You Will Need

- 4 years of professional experience with C# and .NET, with a strong understanding of software development best practices;

- Practical knowledge of microservice architectures and experience with event-driven systems and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ or Servicebus;

- Experience with NoSQL technologies, ideally Elasticsearch, with exposure to alternatives such as MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB considered valuable;

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes;

- Experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to independently tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement;

- Fluency in English and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and team needs.

- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;

- Experience designing and improving technical solutions, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between technical effort, cost, and business value;

- A proactive mindset towards identifying improvements, sharing technical knowledge, and promoting engineering best practices;

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
