Descrição

- Support the financial administration of a portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) across multiple European jurisdictions.

- Monitor third-party administrators and ensure supplier payments, tax obligations, and operating expenses are processed accurately and on time.

- Review funding requests and support capital movements, distributions, and intercompany transfers.

- Perform cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Support the preparation of financial reporting and statutory reporting processes.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation across investment structures.

- Liaise with external administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers.

- Work closely with investment, legal, and asset management teams to support portfolio activities.

- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Support continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, and reporting.

Perfil ideal

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of professional experience within Financial Services, Accounting, Audit, Fund Administration, or similar environments.

- Exposure to investment funds, SPVs, real estate, credit, or alternative asset management is advantageous.

- Understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes.

- Knowledge of corporate tax and/or VAT compliance would be considered a plus.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

- Proactive, curious, and eager to develop technical expertise.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
